The family of the late Marie Patterson wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathy and support following their recent bereavement. We have been deeply touched by the kindness and generosity shown by everyone who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, shared messages of comfort, or helped us in any way.

We extend our sincere and special thanks to Father Paul Fraser for his kindness, compassion, and for celebrating such a beautiful and meaningful Requiem Mass. His comforting words and thoughtful guidance brought great solace to our family at this difficult time. We also wish to thank Father Declan Mulligan for his pastoral care, prayers, and ongoing support, which have been a great comfort to us.

We are also very grateful to Niamh Murray for the beautiful musical accompaniment, which added so much to the service.

A special word of thanks is extended to the doctors and nurses of the Mandeville Unit at Craigavon Area Hospital, as well as the staff of Moira GP Practice and the District Nursing Team, for the outstanding care, compassion, and dignity shown to Marie. Your kindness and dedication brought great comfort to us as a family.

We also wish to thank Edenmore Golf and Country Club for the use of their facilities and for the excellent catering provided.

Our sincere gratitude is extended to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their compassion, professionalism, and guidance throughout this very difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our deep appreciation.

Marie’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on 19th April 2026 at 9.00am in St Patrick’s Church, Aghagallon.
