Marion Corrigan (née D'arcy)

We the family of the late Marion wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who
supported and sympathised with us following Mum's death. We offer sincere thanks to all
family, friends, and neighbours who brought food to our homes, served tea at the wake, and
stayed up throughout the night. To those who directed traffic, parked cars, and provided
practical help. We express sincere appreciation to father Brian D’Arcy for his ever-comforting
presence to mum and for leading prayers and celebrating her funeral mass which was so
special. To all who took part in the liturgy, the eucharistic ministers and to Alexis. Thanks to
Maria Cameron for the beautiful singing and music; and to the grave diggers. Much
appreciation to Leeanne McGovern for her help and guidance which was so dignified and
professional. To the staff of Tully Mill for providing refreshments after the funeral mass and to
all those who helped in the hall. We also thank Hughes pharmacy; mum’s carers who looked
after her so well over the last two years; and the staff of the SWAH and Altnagelvin hospitals.
Appreciation also for the generous donations in lieu of flowers to Happy Hearts Club. Marion
will be sorely missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her close
friends and extended family.
Mass will be celebrated for Marion’s months mind and her husband Packie’s 20th anniversary
in St. Mary’s Church Arney on Saturday 28th February at 12.30pm.
