It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Doherty, suddenly on 3rd October 2026.
Late of 77 Drumleck Drive, Shantallow. May he rest in peace.
Loving partner of Rachel. Devoted father of Eimhéar. A much loved step-father of Teri, Audrina and Sofia. Beloved son of Geraldine and the late Bobby. Dearest brother of Stephanie, Nicola and Máelán. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his nieces, nephews, wider family circle and friends.
Mark will be reposing at his late family home, 77 Drumleck Drive, Shantallow, from 11am until 10pm tomorrow, Tuesday 6th October. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 7th October at 9.20am for Requiem Mass in Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, Steelstown at 10am. Burial will take place afterwards in the City Cemetery.
