Martina Ward
We, the family of the late Martina Ward, wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised
with us on the sad passing of Martina.
We offer our sincere gratitude to our extended family, all our kind relatives, friends, neighbours,
and work colleagues who came to pay their respects at the house, helped at the wake,
sent Mass Cards, gave donations to the Foyle Hospice in lieu of flowers,
those who brought food and attended the funeral.
We are forever grateful for your kindness, your words of comfort, visits, heartfelt messages, and support.
We extend a special thanks to Fr Michael Mc Caughey for his comforting words
during the beautiful Requiem Mass
and to Fr Peter O’Kane, Fr Sean O’Donnell and Fr Michael Canny
for their help and support to our family.
A special thank you to the musicians for the beautiful music during the Mass.
Special thanks to Jude and the staff of Quigley Funeral Director`s
for their dignified, personal and sensitive service a
nd finally to Floyds Restaurant for the refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement
will be accepted as a token of our family’s deep appreciation at this sad time.
Martina’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Sacred Heart Church, Derry Road, Strabane
on Friday 27th February 2026 at 7pm
