Donna, Sarah-Louise, Marc and all Martin’s family wish to express their sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to everyone who offered sympathy, kindness, help and support during their recent bereavement.
We would particularly like to extend our deepest gratitude to our friends and family, to the Foyle Hospice team, to the carers from Connected Health for the dignity and respect with which Martin was treated, to Jeff and Karen for holding space for Martin in his journey home we are forever grateful, to Stan & Ingrida from Amber oxygen for all their knowledge and time, to Aaron from Revive Wellness and Recovery you imprinted, bonded and provided Martin with invaluable support.
Our sincere thanks to Mgr McCanny for the beautiful and personal celebration of the Funeral Mass and to everyone at W. J. O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors for their help and guidance.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Martin’s month’s mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church on Sunday, 6th September at 10.30 am.
