Mary Jane (Mollie) PIERCE (née Acheson)
The death occurred on the 28th March 2026 peacefully at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. Formerly of Newtownards. Mollie was the dearly loved wife of the late Rev. Oliver Pierce and dearly loved mother of Ruth, David, Alan, Paul, Lesley, and Gillian. Mother-in-law of Charmian, Helen, and Paul. Devoted grandmother to Alex and partner Allen, Emily and husband Conor, Jacob and partner Amy, Olivia and husband Stephen and Jonathan and wife Lauren. Loving great-grandmother to Lily and Henry. Loving sister of Billy and the late Nat, Harry, Ben, Nellie, and Doris. Cherished sister-in-law and aunt to all her nephews and nieces.
House strictly private.
A celebration of Mollie's life will be held in St. Mark's Parish Church, Newtownards on Thursday 2nd April 2026 at 10.30 am. Committal afterwards to Trory Church graveyard, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh at 4.00 pm.
