For Nannie

Know that you’re not alone
For we are all here, right beside you
Connecting hearts
Stronger than any current

Holding on to distant memories past
Knowing that they’ll last forever,
And ever you’ll be in our hearts

Wishing we could hold your hand
But we take comfort in your song
For your spirit will pass on
To us and the little ones
As they grow old too.

Have you considered?
