Died 22nd November, 2023
Aged 88 years.
The family of the late May Porter would like to express our sincere thanks for all of the kindness, support and sympathy we received during our recent bereavement.
We are all very grateful to our relatives, friends and neighbours who visited the house, attended the requiem mass and graveside and sent floral arrangements, mass cards, and kept May in their prayers.
We would like to thank the staff of Deansfield nursing home for their loving care shown to our Mum over the last couple of years. Also, thank you to A&E and the nurses and doctors of ward 42 for their compassionate care of May.
Thank you to the staff of the Spar in Galliagh for their generous donation of groceries.
Special thanks to Fr Sean O'Donnell for his beautiful requiem mass.
Finally special thanks to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their services, help with everything and their dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Mary's month mind mass will be held in St Joseph's chapel, Galliagh on Saturday 23rd December at 7:15 pm.
