ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS / MONTH’S MIND MASS
We, the family of the late Mary Cullen wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us in our recent, sad bereavement. Sincere thanks to those who attended the wake, bringing with you many stories and memories which we appreciated so much. Thank you to all who sent Mass and sympathy cards and attended Mary’s Requiem Mass.
We extend our thanks to the doctors and nurses from Aberfoyle Medical Practice for their care and attention to Mary and their support to the family in Mary’s final days. We are also extremely grateful to the Marie Curie nurses who attended and cared for Mary.
Sincere thanks to Fr Micheál McGavigan, Fr Sean O’Donnell, Fr Joe Gormley, Fr Raymond Donnelly, Fr Leo Creelman and Jacob Muchler for visiting the home and offering prayers and support. A special word of thanks to Fr Micheál McGavigan for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Sincere thanks to Denise O’Kane, Michelle Conaghan and Mary’s granddaughter, Michaela Gallagher, for their beautiful singing at the Requiem Mass. We extend this also to Robert Peoples and Trevor Burnside for their very fitting instrumental music and beautiful accompaniment.
We would like to acknowledge Kiernan and Noeleen O’Brien for the professional and dignified manner in which they supported and guided the family throughout.
Mary’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 27th July at 9:45am in Saint Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn.
