We the family of the late Mary Mallon wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all our family, friends and neighbours for all the support, sympathy and generosity during the recent sad bereavement of our very dearest mummy and sister.
To all those who sympathised with us, prayed for us, broughtmass cards, sympathy cards, food, made tea, brought flowers, wreaths, left messages via social media, phoned and all who called at the family home and travelled from afar for the wake and funeral, thank you.
A very special word of thanks to Dean Donaghy who called with mummy in her final days, this meant so much to her, and for the very fitting funeral mass. To Fr. O’Neill and Fr Conleth Meehan, thank you.
To Malachi Cush and Rory Madden for the beautiful singingduring the mass, thank you.
Thank you to Ardmore Medical Practice and Medi-Care Chemist Thomas St. A very special thank you to Marian and the District Nursing team, who cared for mummy with such dedication, we appreciated your help, care and support so much.
To the Acute Care at Home Team and Marie Curie, invaluable services, the Carers and Palliative Care Team, thank you.
Thank you to Mallaghans for the use of their car parks and the minibus service and to Edendork GAC for all your help.
To the grave diggers, Kieran and Peter, thank you.
We sincerely thank PJ Quinn & Son Funeral Directors for the dignified professionalism and support throughout.
Thank you to the Gables for the lovely refreshments after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
Mummy’s months mind will be celebrated in St Malachy’s Church Edendork on Friday the 26th of September at 7.30pm.
Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts.
Our Lady of Knock pray for her.
