We, the family of the late Mary Murray, her sons Milo, Peter and Linus, daughter-in-law Patricia, grandchildren, sisters and brother wish to extend our deep and sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us over our recent sad loss. To the extended Murray and O’Doherty families, close friends and neighbours who offered their tireless support and help throughout Mary’s illness, wake and funeral, we wish to express our appreciation and thanks.

Our sincerest thanks to all who provided food and refreshments, called at the house, sent Mass/Sympathy cards, messages, flowers and those who attended the funeral, your presence with us at this time was very much appreciated.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Conor McConville PP, Canon Frank Kearney and Rev Patricia McBride, who regularly attended Mary during her illness, this brought her and us the family great comfort during this difficult time.

We found great comfort in her Requiem Mass and extend a heartfelt thanks to Fr. McConville, Canon Kearney, Fr Deeny and Canon Brian McCluskey who con-celebrated and made it so personal.

Thanks to the Kerrie Kennedy for the beautiful music at the funeral and the Loughbrickland Choir for their beautiful music at the removal mass.

We are eternally grateful to Scarva Street Surgery, the wonderful team of carers, the team of District Nurses, the Acute Care team and the staff in Daisy Hill, without whom we would not have been able to spend precious time at home together as a family.

A special thank you to McGinn Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere gratitude. Mass has been offered for your intentions.

Mary’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 3rd October at 7pm in St Patrick’s church Loughbrickland.

Have you considered?
