The death has occurred of:
Mary O'Hagan
We the family of the late Mary O’Hagan, “Sarto”, Warrenpoint, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all our extended families, dear neighbours and friends who supported us with their kindness, comfort and prayer following Mary’s going back to God. We are and will be forever grateful for the generosity and thought shown to our family.
Mary received exceptional and professional care from Doctors, Murphy, Ryan, Murdock, McCreesh and Gilsenan, alongside the gentle and attentive treatment administered by the District Nursing, Integrated Care, Acute Care at Home and Palliative Care teams. We remain indebted to the Northwest Care team who ensured Mary’s daily comfort with such nurturing compassion. Our sincere thanks to Walsh’s Pharmacy for their prompt, frequent, above and beyond service. We would also like to thank in a special way the nurses from Life and Time who readily gave Mary and our family their care.
For Mary’s beautifully fitting funeral Mass, we sincerely thank Monsignor Connolly and in addition for his administering of the sacraments throughout Mary’s illness. We thank the Benedictine Monks, Rostrevor for their attention and prayer. We thank Canon Kearney for his pastoral support for our family. The senior choir of St. Peter’s, Clonallon along with their Director and Organist added beautifully to the solemnity of the funeral Mass, a heartfelt thanks to them.
The family sincerely appreciated the representation from Our Lady and St. Patrick Primary School, Downpatrick and St. Catherine’s College Armagh. A very special and heartfelt thanks to Brigid.
For their continued gentleness and care through the utmost professionalism, we express gratitude to Cathal & McAnulty’s Funeral Directors, Warrenpoint.
The Eucharist will be celebrated for all at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Clonard, Belfast.
