PROKOPIUK Mateusz, 25th April 2026 (as a result of a road traffic accident)
A celebration of Life will be held at “The Old Meeting House” 24a Portmore Street, Portadown BT62 3NG on Tuesday 5th May at 4.30pm. The family have asked that those attending wear colourful clothes as a reflection of Mateusz’s life.
Mateusz will always be remembered and sadly missed by his partner, his 4 Children, all his family circle and his many friends

Mateusz na zawsze pozostanie w pamieci i bedzie gleboko oplakiwany przez swoja partnerke, czwórke dzieci, cala rodzine oraz wielu przyjaciól.
