Three months have gone by since you left us behind,
Our beautiful mummy so caring and kind.
A girl in Ballintoy where you lived by the sea,
At the peaceful harbour we brought you home to be.
As our family gathered at the shoreline that day,
You sent us the sunshine to light up the bay.
Now your memory guides us a beautiful star,
The very same one we still watch from afar.
They can never diminish the decades we shared,
Or rewrite the story of how much we all cared.
You see from above and you know what is true,
You are missed so intensely, we completely love you.
Deeply missed by your daughter Sharon and son in law Brian.
Forever loved by your grandchildren Katrina, James and Owen to whom you were a second Mummy, granddaughter in law Megan.
