Michael Devine
Plumbridge Co. Tyrone
We, the family of the late Michael Devine, wish to express our gratitude to all who supported us during our recent bereavement. We are deeply touched by the many who took the time to remember Michael, offered kind words, shared memories, and helped us both celebrate and grieve our great loss.
Thank you to all who attended the funeral Mass and burial, to those who visited the house during the wake, and to the many who sent Mass cards and messages of condolence and support.
Our heartfelt thanks to our extended family, neighbours, and friends who travelled from far and near. Your presence, respect, and generosity were an immense comfort. We are especially grateful to all who helped in practical ways—bringing food, supplying chairs, caring for visitors, serving tea, and assisting with traffic and parking.
A special word of thanks to the GAA communities from both Clann Na nGael and Glenelly St Josephs who offered support, traffic management, help and assistance from the outset which helped ease the organising of logistics and support.
We would like to thank the Resus team in Altnagelvin for caring for Michael in his final hours and for the Ambulance crew, their kindness and professionalism towards Michael and our family was very much appreciated.
We extend our gratitude to Fr. Donnelly, Fr McDevitt and Fr Conway for their guidance and for the beautiful funeral Mass and burial that honoured Michael’s life. Thank you to Leesa, Ciara and Geraldine for the music that enriched the ceremony, and to all who participated in the funeral Mass.
A special thanks to Jude Maguire and Quigley Funeral Directors for your professionalism and support throughout. Thank you to all the grave diggers who prepared the grave for Michael’s final resting place, and Aughabrack & District Community Association Committee for their support, Majella and all the volunteers for the lovely refreshments.
As it would be impossible to thank you all individually, please accept this acknowledgment as our heartfelt appreciation.
Michael’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Sunday, 11 January, at 10:30 am
in St. Mary’s Church, Aughabrack.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
