The death has occurred of:
Mollie LINTON
We as a family would like to thank each one of you sincerely for being there for us these last weeks after the passing of our dear Mum Mollie Linton
For those who called with us, provided food, prayed with us and for us, sent text and WhatsApp messages, phone calls, came to the meet and greet in the church hall on Tuesday night, and attended the service of thanksgiving for Mum's life in Ardess Parish Church on Wednesday. We deeply appreciate you all.
To each member of medical staff in Irvinestown Health centre, District Nurses, Hospital at Home team, Dr Fearghal McNicholl and Maria McCloskey at the Northwest Cancer Centre who looked after Mum in the last 9 weeks following her Leukaemia diagnosis.
To Ardess Parish church warden Sydney Liggett for going above and beyond to help and support us as a family and guide us with such attention to every detail with all the arrangements. And to Andrew Simpson for preparation of the grave.
To Marcus Madill Funeral Director - Marcus, John and Ray not sure how words could describe the service and love you provided to us as a family- totally amazing!!
To Rev Alison Irvine for your pastoral care and conducting Mum's funeral service so compassionately. To Canon Alan Irwin for your wonderful address about Mum's life, with appropriate little snippets of humour while challenging everyone to consider their own readiness to meet our Lord
We also appreciate and thank the ladies from Ardess Church who provided the tea at the meet and greet on Tuesday night and those who prepared and served the funeral tea on Wednesday.
We are indebted to David Daniel from our church family who facilitated the recording of the funeral service and provided the link below where family and friends who were unable to attend can now watch the service.
