The family of the late Molly Graham wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during our recent bereavement. Your kindness through attendance at the funeral, upholding us in prayer, phone calls, sympathy cards, personal and online condolences, donations to Kidney Research and all other gestures of support were deeply appreciated.
Special thanks to Pastor Mark Patterson for his pastoral care and to Pastor Tim Whan for conducting the Funeral Service; also, to Megan Armstrong for the Scripture reading and Norman McCleary for his touching tribute.
The family very much appreciate the attentive and dedicated care Molly received from the staff of Manor Court, Aughnacloy House, High Street Doctors’ Surgery and the SHSCT multidisciplinary agencies
