The wife Doreen and family of the late Nat Crooks, 4 Knockmoyle, Cookstown, would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement of a dearly loved husband, daddy, granda and great granda.
Special thanks to all those who called at the home, sent cards, messages, telephoned and attended the funeral.
Grateful thanks to the District Nurses, Marie Currie Nurses and carers for their care and support to Nat over the last 3 years, also the paramedics for their care and professionalism.
Sincere thanks to the Rev Matthew Topley for his pastoral support and the services both in the church and at the graveside, also thanks to Joy and the Derryloran catering team for a beautiful tea.
Doreen would like a special word of thanks to Valerie, Michelle, Kirsty, Alex, and Lyndsey for their great help and support during Nat's illness.
Finally sincere thanks to Helen and the team of D Watters Funeral Services for the caring, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
