Noël FALLOWS

The Fallows family would like to express their deep gratitude to all of you who supported them during Noël’s illness and following his passing.

To all who attended the Thanksgiving Service in person or online; sent cards, texts or donations; came to the house; brought and served food and teas; prayed for the family; and helped in so many ways, thank you. It is impossible to thank everyone individually, but we have all been touched by the outpouring of love, support, well wishes, and prayer.

We are indebted to those who provided spiritual comfort and who conducted a sincere and meaningful Service: Rev Ken Robinson, Rev Dr Stephen Skuce, Rev Peter Morris and Deacon Marlene Skuce. Thank you to our organist, Dr Wesley McCormick, who so ably accompanied us and enhanced worship.

A special thank you also goes to everyone who supported us with Noël’s care, particularly over the last 3 months. We would have been lost without you. Thank you to our carers who came in each morning with a smile and a story – Charlotte, Ciara, Elisha, and Louise and to the district nurses who checked in weekly and answered many questions, especially Elaine and Cheryl, who were there most regularly.

Thank you to the Foyle Hospice medical team, who were always on the end of the phone, and came out whenever we needed them, and who were there so much for us in the last few days – Mairéad, Caroline, Catríona, Melissa, and Dr. O’Doherty.

Thank you to Dr. Etherson, Dr. McCamphill, Dr. O’Neill, Mr. Jones, Dr O’Neill, and all the other doctors involved in Dad’s care, and to the Marie Curie nurses.

We are extremely grateful and appreciate everything you did for Noël, to allow him to be cared for at home, which was his wish.
Finally, thank you to Mark and William from Funeral Directors Adair and Neely for their personal, supportive and dignified approach, and the professionalism with which they carried out all aspects of the funeral.
