The family circle of the late Noel Smith wish to thank those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
A special word of thanks to celebrant, Emily O’Dowd for conducting the Service of Celebration and for her words of comfort.
Thanks to the family doctor, Dr McGuinness and staff of Dr. Ryan and Partners Medical Practice and Dymphna, the Palliative Care Nurse, all the District Nurses and Carers from Connected Health for their unfailing care and attention.
To all those who sent donations, cheques payable to N.I. Hospice c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors or online via www.ronniethompson.co.uk, sent letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts, attended the funeral and to those attendees the family didn’t manage to speak to personally after the ceremony, we thank you for the comfort you brought by your presence or helped in anyway.
