We, the family of the late Norah McAnulla wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere thanks to those who travelled near & far on the day of the funeral to pay their respects. To those who attended the wake, formed the guard of honour outside the family home in Sperrin Park, to those who stood outside the Sacred Heart Church or attended the service and to those who attended the burial in Knockmoyle we are truly grateful of your support. We would also like to thank those who sent gifts, flowers, cards, letters, messages through social media, telephoned and donated to Marie Curie Nurses in lieu of flowers.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Joe Gormley for your pastoral support and the lovely funeral service and to the Priests of both Drumragh and Cappagh Parishes for your support.

Thanks to Shaunagh Poyntz and Eamon McElholm for the beautiful music which added so much to the requiem mass. Thanks also to Mairead McBride and her staff (MMB Catering) for the provision of refreshments at Knockmoyle Hall.

Our appreciation is also extended to Paul Gallagher Funeral Directors (Newtownstewart) for their dignified care of mum and the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Special thanks also to John McCullagh, gravedigger who prepared mum’s final resting place in Knockmoyle.

We are indebted to the wonderful carers who looked after mum so well over the last number of years – especially to Veronica McBride, Lauren Craig, Linda Moore - thank you so much. Also, we thank the great team from North West Care. We will be eternally grateful to all the Carers who helped us so much and ensured we were able to keep mum in her own home. A special word of thanks to Nicola McCauley, Social Worker, who contributed so greatly to meeting mum’s care and support needs over the last number of years.

Our thanks also go to Kevin Kelly and all the staff at Kelly’s Chemist, the staff of Three Spires Surgery and District Nurses who all tended so greatly to mum’s medical needs over many years with such care and diligence. To the staff of Ward 8 SWAH and to the Palliative Care Nurse Claire Ann and her team who looked after mum so well in her final few weeks and who helped us get her home in her final hours – this really gave the family great comfort.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a sincere expression of the family's gratitude.

Norah’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Church, Omagh on Monday 17 January 2022 at 7.30pm and can be viewed live on Drumragh Parish Webcam – drumraghparish.com/media.html
