The family of the late Olivia McArdle (20 St James Meadow, Crumlin) wish to express their heartfelt appreciation to family, friends, and neighbours who supported them during their recent sad bereavement.
Thanks to everyone who attended the Funeral Mass at St James' Church, Aldergrove, on 8th September, visited the Chapel of Rest, sent cards, or offered comfort.
Deep gratitude is extended to the doctors and nurses at Antrim, RVH, Lagan Valley, and the Ulster Hospital Cardiology team (Ward 3c) for their outstanding, compassionate care in Olivia's final days.
We extend our sincere thanks to Canon John Forsythe, who stepped in at short notice to celebrate the Requiem Mass, and to Fr McCann for his hospital visits, Fr Rory Sheehan for his prayers, and Pauline Deazley for the graveside service.
Our deepest thanks go to Micheál for the fabulous music and singing during the service, which brought immense comfort, dignity, and beauty to the funeral for our mum.
Additionally, we thank the staff at Lily’s Kitchen & Bar for the excellent catering provided.
A very special word of thanks is extended to Peter Eastwood and his team. Peter was absolutely fabulous from start to finish; his warm, unwavering compassion, guidance, and exceptional attention to detail were of immense comfort to our family.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude.
Olivia’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Sunday 4th October at 10.45am in Mater Dei Church, Crumlin.
