Family Acknowledgement and Month’s Mind Notice
Mary of the late Paddy Devlin wishes to express her heartfelt thanks and deep appreciation to all who supported her during the death of Paddy.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Fr McGuigan for his beautifully personal and touching homily during his requiem mass, he captured Paddy’s spirit and life. Mary is deeply grateful for Fr Donnelly for his presence and continued support. A special word of thanks goes to everyone who assisted with or participated in the Requiem Mass.
A special word of thanks to ward staff of medical unit 2 Antrim Area Hospital for their care, professionalism, and compassion will never be forgotten.
Mary is truly grateful to her friends, and neighbours for their kindness and unwavering support. Thank you to all who provided food, sent cards and messages, travelled to be with us, and assisted in any practical way - from making tea to helping with parking during the wake and funeral.
A very special thanks to Conan and Pat, Lavery’s Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Thank you Conan, your guidance, advice and ongoing support throughout the bereavement from beginning to end were invaluable.
To Siobhan and Cathy - thank you for the beautiful and moving music during the requiem mass.
We also thank Corky and his staff for providing the food at the AOH hall after the burial and their warm hospitality.
A special thanks to the doctors and staff of Coagh Medical Centre, and Coagh chemist . Thanks to all Paddy’s carers and his district nurses for all the care they have given over the years.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a personal expression of our sincerest thanks and gratitude.
May his kind, generous, and loving soul find peace and eternal rest among the Saints in Heaven.
A Month’s Mind Mass for Paddy will be celebrated on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 7:30 pm in St Patrick’s Church Ballinderry.
