The family of the late Patrick Joseph (Patsy) McHugh, would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr.Boyle and Fr.Slater for their spiritual support and guidance and for celebrating Patsy's beautiful Requiem Mass.

A special word of thanks to the Eucharist Ministers, the Church Sacristan and Patrick Slevin, Maeve Glackin and Paula Devlin for providing the lovely music and singing which made Patsy's Funeral Mass so special.

The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Patsy, especially the dedicated team of carers from the Northern Trust, who took great care in looking after Patsy in recent weeks.
To the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Loy Medical Centre and to the staff of Boots Pharmacy, James street.
Also to the District Nurses and the dedicated nursings teams from Marie Curie and McMillian for all their care and support.

We are indebted to all those who supported us, sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, letters, messages, wreaths, floral tributes and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media. We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortege route, from those who joined us at the Chapel, and from those who viewed Patsy's funeral Mass online.

A special word of thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Patsy's resting place with great care and to all those who helped us in anyway.

We would also like to thank Maria Corrigan for providing breakfast on the morning of Patsy's funeral. It was very grately appreciated.

We would sincerely like to thank Niall.A.Loughran Funeral Directors for their very efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements during these difficult times.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

As a family we would also like to thank and acknowledge all the support, calls, Mass Cards and Sympathy cards we received on the passing of Martina McKeown, the daughter of Patsy and Anne McHugh. A special word of thanks to Marymount Hospice, Cork for providing Martina with great comfort and care.

Patsy and Martina's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 27th November 2021 at 10am in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown and can be viewed on cookstownparish.com
