Patrick (Paddy) McGleenon
The family of the late Patrick (Paddy) McGleenon wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy, kindness and support following their recent sad loss.
We are deeply touched by the generosity and thoughtfulness shown by everyone who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort, or helped us in any way during this difficult time. Your kindness has been a great source of comfort to our family.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Father Colum Wright, Father Joseph Wozniak and Deacon Pearse Thornbury for their spiritual guidance and for officiating at Patrick’s beautiful Requiem Mass. Our heartfelt thanks also to Michelle and the St Peter’s Choir for their beautiful and uplifting musical contribution.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors for their endless compassion, care, guidance and professionalism throughout the arrangements. Their support and understanding were greatly appreciated by our family during such an incredibly difficult time.
A special word of thanks goes to the doctors and nurses of Craigavon Area Hospital, Ward 1 West, and in particular to the district nurses and carers, for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion shown to Patrick during his illness and particularly while he was at home. Your dedication and support brought great comfort to Patrick and to all our family, and we will be forever grateful.
We would also like to thank the Ashburn Hotel and all their staff for the excellent catering and hospitality provided following Patrick’s funeral.
Patrick’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Sunday 13th September at 12 noon in St Peter’s Church, Lurgan.
