The family of the late Patrick Thornbury wish to convey their sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all who offered sympathy, kindness, and support following our recent loss. We have been deeply comforted by the generosity of everyone who visited McAlinden and Murtagh's Funeral home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, shared messages of condolence, or assisted us in any way during this difficult time.

We extend our sincere thanks to Father Joseph Wozniak for attending Patrick at the hospital and to Father Kingsley Idoghor for his spiritual guidance and for celebrating such a beautiful and meaningful Requiem Mass. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Niamh Lavery and Ciaran Scullion for their exceptional musical contributions, which added greatly to the ceremony.

A special word of thanks is extended to the doctors and nurses of Ward 2 South at Craigavon Area Hospital for the outstanding care, compassion, and dignity shown to Patrick. Your kindness and dedication brought great comfort to our family.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their compassion, guidance, and professionalism throughout what has been an extremely difficult time.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Patrick’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated tomorrow Saturday, 3rd January at 7.00pm in St Paul’s Church, Lurgan.
