Family Acknowledgment for the Late Patrick (Pat) McGrade

The family of the late Pat McGrade wish to express their sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered sympathy, kindness, and support during our recent and sad loss. We are deeply grateful to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent messages of condolence, cards, and letters and posted online tributes. Your presence and kindness were greatly appreciated.

We extend our sincere thanks to Fr. Raymond Donnelly for celebrating Pat’s Funeral Mass and for his spiritual guidance and support throughout this difficult time. Heartfelt thanks also to Fr. John Halton and Fr. Joe McVeigh for assisting in the celebration of the Funeral Mass. Thank you to Patrica Rodgers and Clare Teague for the beautiful singing in the church.

Our sincere appreciation is extended to John McKeegan Undertakers for their professional, compassionate, and dignified handling of the funeral arrangements, and to those who prepared Pat for his final resting place.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank Campbell Contracts for the use of their yard; the bus drivers and traffic control personnel; Enniskillen Skip Hire; the ladies who provided tea; those who prepared and brought food to the house; McGirr’s for leaving Pat’s lorry out for his final journey; all who lined the route in respect; and the coffin bearers. Sincere thanks to Mahon’s Hotel for providing food at the house and dinner after the funeral mass.

We also wish to acknowledge and thank the doctors and nurses at both the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen and Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast for the medical care and attention given to Pat during his stay at both hospitals.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our deep and lasting appreciation to all our neighbours and friends who helped us in any way. Your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten, and we will be forever thankful.

Pat’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 6th February at 7.00pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tempo.
