The family of the late Paddy McKeever would like to express our sincere thanks for all the kindness, support and sympathy we received during our recent bereavement.
We are very grateful to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who visited the house, attended the Requiem Mass and graveside, sent floral tributes, Mass Card and for their prayers.
We would like to thank the staff of Greenfield Residential Home, A&E and Ward 26 for their compassionate care of Paddy.
The family thanks Fr. Mongan and St. Columba's Church (Long Tower) for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Our sincere thanks to Roisin Rice, Charlotte and Emmett Rice for the beautiful singing and music during the Requiem Mass.
We very much appreciate Fr. McFaul, hospital chaplain, who administered the sacrament of the sick to Paddy on the day of his death. This was very important to Paddy himself and the family. Thanks also to Fr. O'Donnell and Fr. McCaughey for their spiritual care, prayers and support for Paddy and his family.
Thanks also to McDaid's Bakery for their generous gift of food during the wake.
Finally, thanks to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their service, help with everything and the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Patrick's Month Mind Mass will be held in St. Brigid's Church, Carnhill on Monday 4th December 2023 at 7:00pm.
