Patrick Deery
On behalf of myself and the family of the late Patrick Deery, we would just like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised and supported us through our tragic loss and recent bereavement.
A special thanks to all who attended Patrick's wake, sent Mass and Sympathy Cards, rang, sent messages through social media, visited our home and attended the funeral. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to relatives, neighbours,
friends and businesses who brought food and supplies and to those who kindly helped with refreshments during the wake.
We pay special tribute to the Paramedics and Medical Professionals who attended to Patrick - thank you for the care and dignity in which he was treated, to Father Eamon of St Malachy's Church, Edendork for his spiritual support, comforting words and the Final Rest Prayers in our home
And those who accompanied the cortege on motorbikes and cars on Patrick's final earthly journey to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
A special mention to Brian and Richard (Donnellys of Omagh) for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our deep gratitude and appreciation to everyone who helped and supported us in any way. To all Patrick's family and friends who shared fond memories, stories and heartfelt sympathy,
We know that Patrick was indeed loved, respected, admired and cherished by so many people and we are ever grateful
for the comfort it will bring us to face the days ahead without him.
I would ask you to continue to keep in your prayers his children Shane, Rachael (Stewart) and Melissa (Barry), his sisters Margaret, Siobhan, Madeline & Michelle and their families,
his Grandchildren Ada, Ash and Atlas, his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, his good friends and all those who will miss his presence in their lives, to help bring them comfort and have the strength to endure their loss.
