It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Gregory Doyle (Ex ESB, Ex EC). He will be missed beyond words by his heartbroken wife Maria. He was a much devoted dad to his sons Conor, Emmet, Darragh and adored grandpa to Sophie, Ryan, Toby, Samuel and Nicolas.

He will be greatly missed by his brothers Norman and Bernard, his sisters in law Liz, Anna, Liz, Joan, daughters in law Adrianna and Clare and his extended family and huge number of friends.

Paul is predeceased by his baby daughter Catherine and brother Alan.

Paul will reside at home on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th August, followed by a requiem mass at Our Lady Of The Assumption Church, Downs Road, Newcastle Co.Down on Friday 14th August at 10am. Paul will be buried afterwards in St Fintan’s cemetery, Sutton, Co. Dublin.

House open Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm and 8pm.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Maria and family on the passing of a beloved husband and father. Paul and Maria entered our lives in 1979 and remain firm friends. We were travel companions to South Africa, Colombia, cities all over Europe and shared many a game of golf and bridge. We will always remember Paul’s infectious laugh, hilarious sense of humour, his fidelity to his friends and deep love of Maria and family. He has left a tremendous legacy. It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Gregory Doyle (Ex ESB, Ex EC). He will be missed beyond words by his heartbroken wife Maria. He was a much devoted dad to his sons Conor, Emmet, Darragh and adored grandpa to Sophie, Ryan, Toby, Samuel and Nicolas.
