The death has occurred of:
Paul Henry QUINN
The family of the late Paul wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. Thanks to all the doctors in the Grosvenor Road Surgery for their care of Paul over the years. We also wish to thank the kind staff at Our Lady's Nursing Home for their care of Paul during the last 18 months.
A particular word of thanks to our dear friend Fr Brendan Mulhall for his weekly visits to Paul and for the beautiful Requiem Mass, as well as all the support he has given us as a family and Paul across these last difficult years. Thanks also to all those who enriched the Mass, especially Cara McCann for her beautiful singing and the Eucharistic Ministers; Rita Toal, Patricia Darragh and Brenda Mullan. We would also like to thank Chris and David McComiskey who so kindly facilitated the interment of ashes in the columbarium of St Patrick's Church, Donegall Street, and Fr Brendan for leading us in the prayerful Service.
The family wishes to thank all the kind relatives, neighbours in Dermott Hill, friends and Paul's former work colleagues in the Civil Service who messaged, left comments online, sent cards, called to the house and attended the funeral. We are truly grateful. Thanks also to the dedicated staff at O'Kanes Funeral Directors, especially Nikki Taggart for all the kindness and help in arranging the funeral.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Paul's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 29th at 6.30pm in Holy Trinity Church, Turf Lodge.
