The family of the late Pauline Isabel Charlotte Smyth would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement.
We would like to thank all who came to the wake in Ballycassidy funeral home and attended the funeral in Cleenish Parish Church, Bellanaleck and to our neighbour’s and friend’s who called at her home and also to those who sent messages via social media. Your thoughtfulness brought us great comfort at this sad and difficult time.
Sincere thanks to all who sent cards, phoned the family and kindly donated to Cleenish Parish Church funds in memory of Pauline.
Grateful thanks to Canon Jen McWhirter for conducting the funeral service, for visiting the hospital and her pastoral support and care which she extended to Pauline during her illness and to the family circle during this time and her continued care and support as we mourn Pauline’s passing.
We would also like to thank Saddlers for providing refreshments at the wake.
A special word of thanks to the staff of ward 32 in Altnagelvin Area Hospital and Ward 7 in South West Acute Hospital for their compassion and care of Pauline during her illness. Sincere thanks to the team of home carer’s who attended to Pauline at home prior to her illness, their messages during her illness and presence at the wake was very much appreciated.
Sincere thanks to the grave diggers for preparing the grave and also to Mrs. Joan Brownlee for playing the organ and to the choir and members of the church who assisted with the service.
Sincere thanks to Mr Keith Elliott (W.T.Morrison) Funeral Directors and all his staff for their exceptional support, guidance and the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
