Peter Bosco Harkin
Peter Bosco Harkin, Dromore, Dromahane, Co Cork and proudly from Derry, passed away peacefully after a brief illness, bravely borne, in the presence of his loving family and wonderful neighbours on September 16th 2026.
Predeceased by his parents Mina and Patrick and his much loved son Peter.
Sadly missed by his loving partner Siobhan O’Connell, his adored children Declan and Erin Hannah, his siblings Anne-Marie, Damien, Billy, Jim, Pauline, Edmund, Gerald, Marian and Pat, Declan’s partner Stephen, Siobhan Barrett and her fiancé Joe Nally, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, his good friend Damien O’Hagan and his close neighbours and friends.
Peter was laid to rest in St. Gobnait’s cemetery, Mallow, following Requiem Mass in St Peter the Apostle Church, Dromahane on Saturday 19th September 2026.
A Memorial/Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated for Peter in St Brigid’s Church, Carnhill, Derry on Friday 16th October at 7pm.
