The death has occurred of:
Peter Curley
We, the family of Peter Curley, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us during our profound loss. To all who called at our home, telephoned, sent messages, letters, sympathy and Mass cards, brought gifts, attended the wake and funeral or helped and supported us in any way, we are truly grateful.
A sincere thank you to our neighbours, old and new, to our colleagues and friends whose thoughtfulness brought us comfort and strength throughout Peter's illness and, in particular, in his final days when we needed it most.
We wish to express our gratitude to the medical professionals who cared for Peter. Thank you to the Oncology Team at Belfast City Hospital, our GPs Drs Cronin and Tipping, the Hospital at Home Team, the Palliative Care Team, the District Nurses, Carers, the Staff at Daly's Pharmacy and, in particular, the Doctors and Nurses of 1 West in Craigavon Area Hospital who cared for Peter with kindness and dignity in his final days.
We wish to convey a special message of thanks to Father Andrew McMahon PP for his considerate ministrations, the beautiful Requiem Mass and his heartfelt sermon.
We also thank Finbarr Keaveney for the meaningful music and song which added so much to the Mass and celebration of Peter's life.
A final word of thank you to James Digney at Charles Digney and Sons Funeral Directors for the dignified and respectful manner in which the funeral arrangements were conducted.
While we cannot thank everyone individually, we are most appreciative of all who stood by us during Peter’s illness and at the time of his passing. Please accept this message as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.
Peter's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 12th April at 11am in St Thérèse Church, Banbridge.
