We the family of Philomena (Phyll) O'Neill , wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all family members, friends and neighbours for the kindness, sympathy, support and generosity in the sad loss of a much loved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother . To everyone that visited our home, attended the funeral, sent messages and cards, we are deeply grateful. Your
thoughtfulness brought us comfort and strength when we needed it most. We acknowledge with special thanks the Three Spires Medical Practice, Western Trust Home Care, Care Plus, the district nurses, rapid response team and the Marie Curie Nurses for their kindness to Phyll and our family.
Special thanks to Fr Malachy Gallagher CC , Fr Peter McAnenly PP and Fr Thomas Canning PP for the
beautiful requiem Mass and heartfelt sermon.
A sincere thanks to Maguires (Funeral Director) for the dignified and respectful manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Shaunagh Poyntz and Eamon McElholm for the beautiful music, Farley’s for the refreshments after the burial.
We would like to thank all those who provided support and acts of kindness.
Phyll’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, Omagh on the Wednesday 25th March 2026 at 7.30pm.
