Philomena (Phyl) O' Connor (née Steele)
O' Connor (nee Steele), Philomena - R.I.P. Formerly 27 Hawthorn Hill, Newry. Died peacefully on 17th August 2022 in Our Lady of Mercy Care Home, Newry. Beloved wife of the late Pat O' Connor and a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and mother-in-law.
Phyl's remains will be removed from Mc Gennity's Funeral Home, 18 Forkhill Road, Newry BT35 8LZ today (Wednesday 17th August) at 5.00pm to her late residence. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday (19th August) at 12.00 noon in The Church of the Assumption, Drumalane followed by burial in Monkshill cemetery.
House strictly private please.
Phyl was much loved and will be greatly missed by her children Patricia, Roisin, Michael, Paul (R.I.P.) and Fionnuala, her sons-in-law Martin, George and Aidan, daughters-in-law Kay and Eileen, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and her entire family circle.
