Rhona NIBLOCK
Passed away Sunday 24th August 2025, peacefully, in the Ulster Hospital, aged 95 years and formerly of Downpatrick Road, Crossgar.
Loving wife of the late William (Willie), much loved and loving mum of Robert, Geoff and Elma, devoted and greatly loved granny of Michelle, Paul, Liam and Rory and her great grandchildren Noah & Scarlett,
mother-in-law of Michele, Rosie and Simon.
Back in 1978 Rhona requested that upon her death her body would be donated to Queen’s University Belfast for medical research. The programme was halted in 2023 but fortuitously was reintroduced as of 25th of August 2025 just in time for Rhona’s wishes to be fulfilled.

A service of thanksgiving for Rhona’s life will be held on Monday 22nd September 2025 at 2:30 pm in Lissara Presbyterian Church, Crossgar.
