The wife and family of the late Robert Hetherington wish to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with them on their recent, sudden and sad bereavement.
A very big thank you to everyone who called at the family home, from near and far, brought food and gifts, helped at the house, sent sympathy cards, telephoned and messaged via social media. Also thank you to those who helped with the parking, attended the funeral service and gave donations to Air Ambulance N.I.
Sincere thanks to the Air Ambulance Service, Paramedics, P.S.N.I., friends and neighbours for their compassionate care at the scene of the accident and also to the R.I.C.U. of the Royal Victoria Hospital for your care, not only of Robert, but to us as a family.
A very special thank you to Rev. Bobby Orr for his pastoral care during this very sad and difficult time and also for conducting a very fitting and comforting funeral service. Thanks also to the organist, gravedigger and not forgetting the ladies for a very welcoming funeral tea.
Finally, to J. H. Anderson & Sons, thank you for all your help and for the professional and dignified way in which you carried out the funeral arrangements.
