The death has occurred of:
Rob O'BRIEN
The family of the late Rob O' Brien would like to express our deep thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported us during our recent bereavement.
To everyone, near and far, who attended Rob's wake and funeral or watched online, we are so grateful. Thank you all for your kind messages, cards, mass cards and donations to the Foyle Hospice.
A special thanks go to Elaine and Jackie who organised the wake, and we also appreciated gifts of soup and pizza etc.
Thank you Fr Noel Mc Dermott for celebrating Rob's funeral Mass and Fr Seamus Kelly for con-celebrating.
Thanks to Denise who sang so beautifully and to her musical accompaniment. We also thank the sacristan and grave digger who prepared the church and Rob's final resting place beside baby Connor.
A sincere thanks to Kieran and staff at W J O'Brien and Son, Funeral Services, who were a great support to us all during this sad time.
The whole family would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all the palliative care team and staff at Foyle Hospice for giving Rob a dignified and peaceful, pain-free death. To all the Quayside District nurses, staff in Ward 31 and Ward 50 in Altnagelvin we thank you for your kindness and support. We also thank Dr Mc Ateer and Dr Devlin.
It would be impossible to mention everyone individually who helped and supported us so we hope this can help convey our sincere thanks and ongoing appreciation to everyone.
