Fiona and the family of the late Sammy Booth would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thank you to all who called at the family home, sent cards, attended the funeral and gave donations to MacMillan Cancer Support or helped in any way.
We are grateful to all the Doctors, District Nurses and Staff at the Country Medical Centre, Doctors and Staff of City Hospital Cancer Centre and MacMillan Cancer Centre in Antrim Area Hospital for all their care and attention.
Special thanks to Rev. Philip McKelvey for his prayers, visits, pastoral care and gracious manner in which he conducted the funeral service. Thank you to everyone who helped with the service at Dunluce Presbyterian Church, to Mr. W. Eakin for preparing the grave and to Iris's Kitchen for providing the refreshments.
Finally, thank you to D.J.M. Robinson and the team for their professional support, thoughtfulness and caring manner at such a difficult time.
