Samuel James (Sam) Mitchell
Mitchell, April 17th 2016 (peacefully) at his home, 87 Urbal Road, Coagh, Samuel James (Sam), dearly loved Husband of Betty, much loved Father of Sammy, Michelle and Alison, a dear Father-in-Law of Elaine, John and Amos, devoted Grandfather of Vanessa, Andrew, Victoria, Rebekah, Hannah, Charlotte, Megan, Sam, Bobby-Jo and Harry and a dear Brother of Margaret, Doreen and Ann.
Funeral service in his home on Wednesday, April 20th, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by burial in Cookstown Cemetery (at 2.45pm approx.).

Sadly missed by his sorrowing Wife, Family and the entire Family Circle.
