Samuel Leeroy (Sam/Roy) FERRIS
Samuel Leeroy Ferris (known as Roy or Sam to many of his friends) died suddenly on Sunday 28th April 2024 while on holiday in Turkey.
Father of David and Sara, husband to Judy, brother to Roseanne, Mervyn and the late David and son of the late Winifred and Howard. Grandfather to Rebekah, Aaron, Hannah, Jacob, Ioana, Noah and Ezra and cherished Uncle.
Family and friends are all welcome to share their condolences with the family at McClure’s Funeral Home, 17 Dundrum Road, Newcastle, BT33 0BG on Friday 10th May from 6pm – 8pm.
Funeral service will take place in Newcastle Presbyterian Church on Sunday 12th May 2024 at 2pm followed by interment in Drumee Cemetery, Castlewellan Road.
