The wife Olive, daughters Karen, Sandra, and son Mervyn of the late Samuel (Sam) Kirk wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Special thanks must go to the dedicated and caring staff at Memory team Armagh, Palliative of Care and 3 North in Craigavon Area Hospital also Clogher Valley Care team.

Thank you to Rev. Matthew Topley for conducting the funeral service and for his pastoral care in the hospital and at the home. Our thanks to the organist Mrs. Mary Holmes and to Drumglass catering team for providing refreshments after the service.

To all the kind relatives, friends and neighbours who called at the home, brought food, gifts, sent messages of sympathy, attended the funeral, or helped in any way.

We would like to thank all those who kindly donated to Dementia N.I. The amount raised was £1327.00 and has now been forwarded to the Charity.

Finally, our thanks to David Cranston and staff at Holmes of Dungannon for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Olive, Karen, Sandra and Mervyn.
