Samuel (Sammy) JOHNSTON
The family of the late Samuel (Sammy) Johnston wish to express their heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to all who supported and sympathised with them during their recent bereavement.
Special thanks are extended to Craigavon Area Hospital, Mid Ulster Health Care and the out of hours GP for their care and dedication.
The family are also grateful to the Marie Curie Nurses, Christina from Macmillan Nursing, the District Nurses, Ann’s Home Care, Acute Care at Home Team, Gordons Chemist and the pastoral care from the church.
Many thanks to Julie and Sharon from the Millwheel for their support and generosity during this time and to Cyril Robinson from CR Print for the hymn sheets and large photo.
A special thank to Rev. Trevor Boyd for conducting the funeral service at home, in the church and graveside and for his unfailing visits. Thanks also to the organist for the beautiful music played during the service.
The family would like to convey their sincere thanks to F Martin & Sons Funeral Directors for their exceptional kindness, compassion and professionalism in handling all the funeral arrangements. Their support and guidance throughout this difficult time was greatly appreciated. Thanks also to Solace Catering for providing the funeral tea.
Thank you to everyone who called at the house, attended the wake and funeral, sent cards and messages and gave donations to Dungannon Presbyterian Church or helped in any way.
