The death has occurred of:
Samuel (Uel) LESLIE
The family of the late Samuel (Uel) Leslie would like to express their heartfelt, and sincere thanks to everyone who has supported them following the sad loss of a much-loved husband,
Dad, Granda, father-in-law, brother-in-law and friend.
We are deeply grateful to all who attended the wake, and funeral, and to everyone who offered their kindness, comfort and support during this very difficult time.
We have been truly touched by the many calls, messages, and expressions of sympathy we received while we were in Dublin, and by the continued support shown to us since our return.
Every kind word, thoughtful gesture, and act of kindness has meant more to us than we can express.
Our sincere thanks go to everyone who sent sympathy cards, provided food, made donations to our chosen charities in lieu of flowers, and offered thoughtful gestures of support.
We are especially grateful to our extended family, friends, neighbours, and the wider community for surrounding us with such kindness and compassion.
We would also like to extend our special thanks to the Rev. David Slater for conducting the funeral with such dignity, compassion and care.
His support and kindness throughout were greatly appreciated.
Our heartfelt thanks go to D & R Hay and Sons Funeral Directors for their professionalism, care and compassion, and for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, but please know that every kindness, no matter how small, has been deeply appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Your support has brought us great comfort at a time of profound sadness.
Please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere expression of our family's gratitude and appreciation.
With heartfelt thanks,
The Leslie & Orr Families
