The death has occurred of:
Sarah (Sadie) MOORE
Passed away peacefully in hospital on 17th December 2020 after a short illness. Devoted wife of the late Robert (Harry), Much loved Mum of Rachael, Gareth, and the late David, also a loving Granny to Ben and Erin.
A private family funeral will be held in accordance with government guidelines.
