Sarah (Sally) FORREST (née Leighton)
FORREST (nee Leighton), Sarah (Sally) late of 14 Enagh Park, Limavady. The family of the late Sarah (Sally) wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who attended her funeral service, called at her late home in the days after the funeral, for the gestures of kindness, sympathy cards, condolences offered, and donations to Foyle Hospice in lieu of flowers.
We are very grateful for the compassion and attentive care our mum received from the Limavady District Nursing Team, Foyle Hospice Community Care Team and GPs of Bovally Medical Practice.
Thanks to Canon Mayes and Canon Ferry for pastoral care and support, and to Canon Ferry for conducting the funeral service.
