The death has occurred of:
Sarah (Sally) McMullan (née McGee)
**UPDATED MONTH'S MIND MASS TIMES**
We, the family of the late Sally McMullan (née McGee late of Ballyconnell and Dunmurry, Belfast), wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who extended their sympathy and support following the recent passing of our beautiful mother.
We wish to thank all the medical professionals who cared for mum with a loving compassion. To Dr McHenry for her advice and gentle care and Dr. Eatock for his guidance and support.
A special word of thanks to Dr McKee for the calming reassurance he gave mum and his precious time. To the district nurses Anna, Jacqueline, and Victoria, thank you for your genuine care and always with the utmost dignity. To Amy, Mum’s physio, thank you for your kindness and companionship. Finally, to Louise from Marie Curie for the respect and tenderness you showed. You were all a great comfort to mum during many difficult challenges.
To our dear friends, The Beatty’s, thank you for always being there, just at the right time.
To all our family, friends, and neighbours who provided refreshments during the wake, especially Anita, Noirin, and Lou, we thank you all.
We were deeply touched by the generosity of all who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort or provided assistance in any form, we thank-you from the bottom of our hearts.
To all of mum’s special friends who have journeyed with mum during her illness, providing great strength and love. We thank each and every one of you.
Thank you to the extended McMullan and McGee families for your constant support that we will never forget.
We would like to extend our thanks to Fr Martin O’Hagan for his tremendous support and spiritual guidance he gave to Mum and us as a family. For his very special requiem mass and for remembering mum with such tenderness in his beautiful singing and personal poem.
To Fr Brian McElhinney (a close family friend) and to Fr Kevin Fay for officiating the mass. Thank you for being with us and taking the time to travel.
Our thanks also goes to Michelle Harte and Uncle Breen for their exceptional musical contributions, bringing spiritual comfort to all who gathered.
To Kieran, the gravedigger in Aghagallon Cemetery, thank you for your professionalism and respectful manner.
Additionally, we wish to thank Michael and Colleen for the excellent catering provided at Lurgan Golf Club. Your hospitality was deeply appreciated.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Nicola, Louise, Simon and Francis at McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral directors for their endless compassion, guidance and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude.
Sally’s month’s mind mass will take place in St Anne’s Church, Finaghy on Sunday 3rd May at 11.00am.
Many thanks from Marita, Bernard, Damien, and Eimear McMullan
