Sunday 20th September, 2026 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Devoted husband of Gabrielle. Loving father of Maria (Ciaran Nolan), Josephine (Liam O’Hara), Martina (Ted Higgins), Una (Eugene Doris), Elaine (Rory McDonagh), Anita (Brian McManus), Amanda (Brendan Gillanders) and Emma (J.D. De Alwis). Brother to Eilish, Paddy, Bernadette, Josephine, Thomas and Noreen. Proud grandfather of his 17 grandchildren. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Mary, and his sisters Teresa, Claire, Maureen, Dympna and Kathleen.
May Seamus’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Seamus will be reposing at his home from 3.00pm until 9.00pm tomorrow Tuesday, and again from 3.00pm until 9.00pm on Wednesday. House private to family and friends at all other times please. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.15am to arrive at St. Macartan’s Church, Aghadrumsee (BT92 7NQ) for 11.00am funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Please note that there will be one way system in place, approaching the family home from Dernawilt / Annaghilly and leaving by Follum / Knocknagross.
Seamus will be loved always and deeply missed by his wife, children, sons-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, friends, neighbours and entire family circle.
