Seamus McELHINNEY
McELHINNEY, 9th October 2026, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, SEAMUS, beloved husband of the late Bernie, loving father of Brian, Andrea and the late Lisa, father-in-law of Maire and Andrew, devoted grandfather to Orlaith and Darragh, dear and loving son of the late Josie and Lesley, cherished brother of Martin and Suzanne, brother-in-law to Patricia and Brinsley and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and friends.
Seamus will be reposing at his home, 112 The Meadows on Saturday 10th October from 4:30pm.
Family time please from 9:00pm to 11:00am.
Funeral leaving his home on Monday 12th October at 9:20am to Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty for Requiem Mass at 10:00am.
Cremation will take place in Lily Hill Crematorium, Letterkenny at 2:00pm.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
